3. Google API Integrations

Signaview offers optional integrations with the following Google services via OAuth 2.0:

3.1 Google Calendar

If you connect your Google Calendar, Signaview accesses events from your selected calendars solely to display them on your digital signage screens.

• We only read calendar events; we do not create, modify, or delete events.
• We do not share, sell, or transfer your calendar data to third parties.
• We store an encrypted access token (AES-256-GCM) in your account.
• You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3.2 Google Business (Reviews)

If you connect your Google Business profile, Signaview accesses your business's public reviews to display them on your screens. Only public data is read; it is not modified or shared with third parties.

3.3 Google Drive

If you connect Google Drive, Signaview can access files you explicitly select to import media content. Only files you select are accessed; your entire Drive is not scanned or indexed.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: With third parties that perform services on our behalf (payment processing, analytics, hosting).
• Legal compliance: If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Media content you upload is deleted from our servers within 30 days of account cancellation. Google integration tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnecting the integration.
